Hmm, I'm not sure he actually wants to get with her, I think he's just seeking affection in the absence of his brother. Ultimately, he stops the flirtation with the woman when he thinks it's gone to far. From Beginning to End (Do Começo Ao Fim) – Gay Brazilian Film Review

Ah, another one! So it's 2 v 2 at the moment. Thanks for the comment Daniel, I do vividily remember my first time on the gay scene and like you say, the music and the colors certainly made an impression. The “Boom – Gay!” Moment

I didn't dislike this film anywhere near as much as Amy. I didn't love it, but I did enjoy it. I think you have a very good point with 'lost in translation', I think the film was very USA-centric, there were times when I felt like I was watching an extended edition of Dawson's Creek. However, I'm a sucker for a montage scene and this film had some good'uns. I particularly liked the New Year's Eve scene, with the slow motion/fast forward effects. The Four-Faced Liar Review
