We like wine, we like films, we’re not sure which one we like more but we’re cetainly a fan of Gallo’s Film Club. The wine brand have teamed up with Universal Pictures to launch a film club “so friends and family can enjoy a slice of the big screen at home whist enjoying a glass of their favourite Gallo wine.”
On signing up to the Gallo Film Club – for free! – members will enjoy exclusive content including competitions, offers and events, as well as the latest news and happenings from the world of film. Film Club member privileges include a chance to win tickets to screenings, red carpet events, film premieres and even trips to film locations and studios around the world. By sharing photos and videos taken from film evenings at home, members will also be in with a chance of winning further big prizes.
As well as all that, if you buy a bottle of Gallo Summer Red or Gallo Moscato in the shops and enter the code on the bottle online, you can choose a DVD from a selection of titles including: Notting Hill, Shakespeare in Love and Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
The partnership also marks Universal’s year-long celebration, honouring the studio’s rich history and cultural legacy with 10 restored classics such as To Kill a Mockingbird and All Quiet on the Western Front, an extraordinary augmented reality range of 15 titles from Mamma Mia! The Movie to Back to the Future, plus many more, available now on Blu-ray and DVD.
